Lean is based on Practitioner level - Lean Leader level - Lean Coach - Expert levels - Coach being equivalent to green belt and Expert to Black Belt again modular based with set criteria & requirements to progress from practitioner to Expert,

White belt awareness training -  One day on site up to 12 delegates or via teams its give an insight to the tools & language, 
The course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn how the adoption of Lean and Six Sigma based continual improvement techniques can add value to your organisation, you will learn the language and context of the common tools, Its open to anyone we will have a Q&A session so anything you need to know will be answered by one of our experts or feedback ASAP if we don't have the answer to hand.

Green Belt - Six Sigma - 6 days over two weeks 12 delegates plus 4 days on site guidance spread over 3 months.

This course will take you through the DMAIC phase of Six Sigma covering the tools required at each phase, you will come away with the ability to run a problem solving session and with guidance run a green belt project - we offer telephone and onsite support - This course is open to all

Black Belt - Six Sigma - 8 Days over two weeks 12 delegates plus 7 days on site guidance spread over 3 months.

This course will enable you to identify scope out calculate the opportunity build the team create the engagement and communications plan and deliver the project using the DMAIC framework - Course open to delegate who have passed the green belt have a good working knowledge of microsoft tools powerpoint & Excel

Lean Practitioner -  6 days over two weeks 12 delegates plus 4 days on site guidance spread over 3 months.  

This course will cover all the lean basics and at the end you will be competent to create standard work, work combination charts, implement 5S,be able to calculate and know how to use KANBAN, Load level using Heijunka methods,establish a team Hub/Communication cell,Problem Solving.

Lean Expert - 8 Days over two weeks 12 delegates plus 7 days on site guidance spread over 3 months.

This course builds on the basics and takes you to the next level with Value Stream Mapping to highlight opportunities, then a run through the tools so you will have the knowledge to select the right tool and apply it, plus role of the leader training

FMEA - 4 Days over 1 week 8 delegates plus 2 days on site guidance spread over 1 month. 

Introduction and background to FMEA, Conditions required to draft the FMEA including when to use a Design FMEA and when to use Process FMEA, FMEA Inputs, Team membership and running an FMEA, Introduction to FMEA 7 step analysis methodology, Structure Analysis including use of block diagrams and process flow diagrams, Function Analysis including Ideal Function definition and specification, Failure Analysis including Mode, Cause and Effects identification,Use of Failure Chain to correctly distinguish between Failure Mode, Cause and Effects, Risk Analysis using Severity, Occurrence and Detection Rating Scales, Action prioritisation for Design and Process FMEA, Optimisation by developing appropriate actions, FMEA documentation templates supplied. 

MSA - Measurement Systems Analysis - 2 days 8 delegates.

SPC - Statistical Process Control - 2 days 8 delegates.

PPAP - Production Part Approval Process - 2 days 8 delegates.

APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning - 2 days 8 delegates.   

8D - Eight Disciplines of Problem Solving - 2 days 8 delegates.
