Kaizen Approach 

After benchmarking your business and agreeing on the real KPI's / metrics, then team selections we can train coach & mentor you through the following steps.
  1. Create High level current state VSM - Brown paper version 

  2. The art of the possible - create the ultimate business model with no barriers to resource 

  3. Highlight issues concerns flow-stoppers on the current state using Kaizen bursts

  4. As a team using tools such as the boston matrix select what can be done with the resource we are willing to expend - Being mindful that quick wins & low hanging fruit should be done ASAP and this is only one of many iterations in your journey from Good to Great. 

  5. Develope the future state VSM - visualise  & get everyone on the same page - True North will be the buzz word 

  6. Develope the rollout plan and governance structure with communication channels ALL the owners and sponsors  identified.

  7. Obtain sign off in terms of scope / deliverables team structure 

  8. Run the program, typically the outputs will be some JDI's Just do its,  Focused Kaizen events (one week highly focused event to address a specific task), long burning projects over 90 days plus some 90 day TIP's (Tactical Improvement plans based on 90 days)
