We have supported the NHS with the supply chain ensuring that the products are available as and when required,designed the new TOM for onboarding new suppliers along with metrics and dashboard,

Established JIT plants for electronic manufacturers with europe along with the milk runs and packaging specs, Designed the reverse logistics for a large automotive supplier.

Optimised the delivery for large fabric manufacturer to reduce the cost per KG for shipping.

Electronics

Developed and delivered the Target Operating model covering 24/7  traffic management full product portfolio of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and solutions  rolled out training and daily stand ups metrics & RCPS vehicle tracking & optimisation, lean basics.

Supported a large Oven manufacturer with inventory management, and productivity quality & delivery within the press shop. 

Supported Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partner specialising in end-to-end procurement, manufacture and supply chain solutions with the establishment of there  offshore manufacturing facility in Czech Republic



Foundry 

Supported a west midlands based iron foundry and forge with quality and delivery challenges they were experiencing with hydraulic valves & actuator bodies.

Supported with the Hazard analysis and rectification of an entire Titanium foundry and forge, established OEE, Worked with the maintenance and operations team to get TPM started, supported procurement & planning with inventory management, Facilitated the strategy - policy deployment along with measures and metrics to drive the company forward on a 3 year plan.   

Specialty Group 

Munitions to increase productivity and quality 

Submarine Manufacturing reducing the complexity of the engineering specifications and translating to shop floor language / work instructions.                                         

Chemical Led a large cost reduction by condensing the manufacturing base from 17 to 11 sites for a large global group.                                                                                                         Ftse 100 developed a lean process for a large  company  to create its annual reports
